Shipping Policy
Orders placed by the end of the day on Saturday PT will be shipped the following Tuesday, while orders placed by the end of the day on Tuesday will be shipped the following Friday. Immediate shipping is prioritized whenever possible, occurring Monday through Friday, excluding dates and holidays when shipping services are unavailable.
Standard shipping for products purchased on the site is facilitated by an independent carrier not affiliated with or controlled by Armistice Coffee Co. Allow two (2) to eight (8) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless waived by Armistice Coffee Co. Shipping charges will be outlined on your invoice and can be reviewed before finalizing your order. The shipping charge displayed during the checkout process is subject to verification and may change without notice. Title to products, as well as the risk of loss, transfers to the customer when Armistice Coffee Co delivers the items to the carrier for shipment. Armistice Coffee Co is not responsible for shipping delays or issues once the product has been shipped.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be processed to the gift giver.
Return Shipping: To return a product, mail it to 2201 EASTLAKE AVE E, SEATTLE, WA 98102. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as Armistice Coffee Co does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
